The Q™ All in One Hydration Station is a premium smart tap system that transforms the way you access drinking water. Designed as an additional kitchen faucet, it provides instant boiling, chilled and sparkling water from a single elegant tap, delivering convenience, efficiency and exceptional performance in one compact solution. Whether installed in a modern home, office kitchen or light commercial environment, The Q combines advanced technology with a minimalist design to create a truly premium hydration experience.
At the heart of the system is a beautifully crafted brushed 304 stainless steel faucet that complements virtually any kitchen design. The tap is paired with a sleek modular control pad featuring a real time temperature display. The control pad can be positioned anywhere around the sink, allowing complete flexibility to suit your workspace and personal preferences.
The Q delivers three water options instantly. Boiling water is available at adjustable temperatures of either 80°C or between 92°C and 95°C, making it perfect for preparing tea, coffee, cooking or sterilising utensils. Chilled water is dispensed at a refreshing temperature between 2°C and 6°C, while sparkling water provides a crisp, premium drinking experience at the touch of a button.
Designed with sustainability in mind, The Q produces approximately 100 litres of sparkling water from a single 1 litre CO₂ cylinder, equivalent to around 500 glasses. The system includes two refillable CO₂ cylinders, helping reduce plastic bottle waste while providing an economical source of sparkling water whenever you need it.
Despite its impressive capabilities, The Q is remarkably compact. The all in one under sink unit fits into spaces as small as 450 mm wide, making it suitable for kitchens where cabinet space is limited. Its water cooled design eliminates the need for ventilation, while compatibility with external reverse osmosis systems offers additional flexibility for installations requiring enhanced water treatment.
Safety is built into every aspect of the system. A child safety lock helps prevent accidental dispensing of boiling water, while an automatic shutoff function and integrated leak detection tray provide added peace of mind. These intelligent safety features make The Q suitable for family homes as well as shared office environments.
Energy efficiency is another key advantage. The programmable Eco Mode allows the boiler to automatically switch off after 8, 12 or 24 hours of inactivity, reducing unnecessary power consumption while ensuring the system is ready when required.
The Q is built using high quality materials for long term reliability. The brushed stainless steel faucet is both durable and stylish, while the under sink unit delivers a flow rate of 1.5 litres per minute across all dispensing modes. Operating on either 110V or 220V power supplies, the system is suitable for a wide range of international installations.
